NakedSword.com Affiliate Program Rules:
::: Affiliate use of spamming is strictly prohibited. This includes e-mail spamming, newsgroups, and IRC. Any violation of this term of your agreement will result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program without further payment.
::: Password or Warez sites are not eligible for participation in NakedSword's Affiliate Program. If Affiliates are caught using them, they will not be paid on sales resulting from either.
::: Affiliates may not place banners or text links on any page that contains any depictions of, advertisiments for, implications of, or links to bestiality or child pornography. NakedSword will not partner with webmasters who break the law! Go to ASACP to report online child pornography.
::: Affiliates may use any text link as long as it is a proper description of NakedSword. For example, you may not use a text link saying "Click here for five free pictures of George W. Bush nude!" or make reference to child porn or bestiality. NakedSword features thousands of gay adult movies, still photos, porn industry gossip and public forums. These are the features you can hype if you choose to use text links.
::: Affiliates may not use "meta refresh," "forced exit" scripts, or any other method in which the user is forced to NakedSword! Affiliates may use consoles, pop-ups, or any method which displays NakedSword banners or text links and allows the visitor to choose to visit NakedSword. Remember, unproductive traffic has no benefit to you or us! You earn cash by sending quality traffic that converts!
::: Affiliates may not create their own "homemade banners" to drive traffic to NakedSword.
::: NakedSword reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account for any reason without notice.
::: Affiliates must be 18 years of age or older, depending on your local juristiction.
::: Only one account per webmaster is allowed (no restriction on number of links).
::: Any Affiliate found cheating or gaming NakedSword will have their account terminated immediately without further compensation. NakedSword will also actively pursue any and all legal actions available to recover any amounts previously paid.
::: NakedSword reserves the right to change Affiliate Program revenue-sharing percentages with a 3-day notice to all affected parties. |
